Visual Event is a business concept thought up and developed by Stewart Groves. Stewart has been taking photos and making films for over ten years, using the latest in SLR digital cameras and broadcast cameras to capture moving pictures. Stewart has had work commisioned by Sport England, Carlisle City Council, Cumbria County Council, Cumberland Building Society, Peter Jackson Jewelers, Thai Boxing Championships, Storey Homes, and has done corporate work for Asda and Tescos.
Filmed over a 1,000 weddings and made litigation videos for multi-million pound cases for the High Court in London and and now has a freelance ex BBC cameraman available for events.

The business is a partnership with Adam Naylor-Walley, who is the chief photographer. Adam is a talented studio photographer and a teacher of Adobe photoshop, who worked for Venture for quite a few years. The idea of Visual Event is to take a modern studio to places where you would not normally see it, using the latest in technolgy  where you can see your images on screen in seconds, airbrushed and the prints you like are printed, while you wait.

Visual Event helps charities, playgroups and schools by giving back 10% of net profit raised back to the event organiser. With a new concept added to wedding receptions on a night time, where the studio sets up at your wedding venue and captures your
family, guests and friends relaxed and in a fun style.

Visual Event could be heading to where you live. We are bringing our studio to most towns and villages around Cumbria in the next year.
